本文提要：这是个回顾过去的季节，刚毕业的大学生们怎么样了？

 It’s the season to look back as this year is coming to an end. Now many college graduates have just started their first jobs in life, and they are usually less than expected, because most companies don’t want to give much salary to the college grads without work experience. And many are still having their “trial” period, for maybe three or six months. During this trial time, they have to work harder to get their jobs done, everything seems to be hard. I remember my first job, of course still the job I’m doing, got me 800 Yuan as salary for half year, and my trial time was much longer than others, it was really a hard time for me back then. In English people say: “bite the bullet” ,which means to bear the hard time, like a bullet is hard and cold and if you can bite it long, you can be stronger to deal with the problems.

Our listener Zhenshuang is among those college grads, working hard on her first jobs right after college, and she has been working for one year now.~Zhenshuang’s voice:~

It's been a year now. And I have been through what many others have right after college:found a job, rented a place, lost a job and broke up with my boyfriend. I was confused and helpless and all I knew was I needed a job and a place to live in. Now I work as an editor in a media company and luckily for me, I got a good boss and friendly colleagues. I made many mistakes on this job too but my boss didn't blame me and he even encouraged me to learn more on the job.

Just like others, I still have nothing much for myself. I have to get up early and finish late everyday.All the difficulties made me think of giving up, but there is no way going back and I am not a student anymore. And when I look back to one year ago, I think it's getting better and better.

It’s Zhenshuang who graduated last year and now works in Shanghai as an editor in a media company. I think life always gives those starters a difficult time, but as long as you don’t give up, life is always getting better, so bite the bullet.
